'Crust & Craft Pizzeria's journey began with one goal in mind: transporting genuine Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi family back in 1985, our little pizzeria began as a family-owned shop where ancestral recipes were revered.

Marco Rossi, the visionary behind our brand, mastered the craft of pizza creation during her extensive travels across Italy, particularly learning from skilled pizza chefs in Naples, where pizza was born. Upon her return to the UK, her ambition was to faithfully reproduce the quintessential Italian pizza experience through traditional techniques and the most exquisite ingredients.

What commenced as a humble 12-seat eatery has flourished into a cherished community staple. Despite our growth, the fidelity to superior quality and genuineness has remained intact. We persist in employing historic wood-fired oven practices, preparing our dough freshly each day, and seeking out premium ingredients for our dishes.

To this day, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is still a family-operated business, with the second generation of the Rossi lineage steering our dedicated crew. Although innovation is part of our evolution, our core ethos endures: to craft delectable, authentic pizzas that converge friends and families.
